Description
Stainless steel Revolutionary War canteens in Kidney Shape. Replicated from British examples excavated at Ft. Ligonier, which date from 1758-1766, they feature a cork stopper, side loops and cotton shoulder cords. They were used extensively from the Seven Years War through the War of 1812 and later. Approximately 8″ high including the spout, 4-1/2″ – 5″ wide and hold about 1 quart. Made of stainless steel with food safe solder joints.
